Our private, membership-based model gives clients their own art department without the overhead of in-house staff.

What You’ll Be Selling

• Custom promotional materials (business cards, flyers, signage, etc.)
• Graphic design packages (logos, brand kits, digital content)
• Wholesale custom apparel (screen printed, embroidered, or heat-pressed)

Position Type

• Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)
• 100% Remote & Flexible Hours

Commission Structure

• 15% commission on orders starting at $2,500
• 20% commission on orders of $5,000+
• Average large-order commission = $1,500+
• Uncapped earnings ($50,000–$80,000+ annually possible)

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Build: Identify and connect with potential clients (businesses, schools, events, creators).
• Educate & Close: Present options, guide decision-making, and close sales.
• Support & Grow: Assist onboarding, maintain client relationships, and drive reorders/referrals.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven sales skills, motivated and self-directed.
• B2B, creative, or apparel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking ability.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay.
• Passion for creativity and helping small businesses grow.
