Marketing & Sales Executives

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Produce compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, and videos, to engage and attract customers.
Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously innovate and experiment with new marketing tactics.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing and sale roles
Strong understanding of marketing & sales principles, tactics, and tools, including digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

(Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage)
