Omega Staffing 1Solutions LLC is a leading staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with reputable companies across various industries. We are currently recruiting warehouse laborers for one of our esteemed clients.

Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Inspect and verify incoming products for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to order specifications.
Operate material handling equipment, such as  pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris.
Assist with inventory control by conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet productivity goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
