We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Front Desk Personnel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
